1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpshare ("phpshare," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phpshare website located at https://phpshare.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

• You have not previously been excluded from phpshare or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. phpshare reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may hold only one phpshare account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpshare account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phpshare will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify phpshare immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. phpshare recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of security for your account.

All activity conducted through your phpshare account, whether or not authorized by you, is your responsibility. phpshare reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised or is being used fraudulently.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

phpshare accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phpshare's discretion.

All transactions on phpshare are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. phpshare reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your phpshare account. phpshare may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. phpshare aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform, but cannot guarantee processing times due to factors outside its control, including third-party payment processor delays.

phpshare reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, phpshare may report the matter to the relevant authorities, including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phpshare offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. phpshare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

phpshare reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using prohibited betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information during registration.

6. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Prohibited Conduct

phpshare is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or are operated by licensed live casino studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by phpshare or any third party.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phpshare and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use phpshare for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

7. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpshare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. phpshare's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpshare account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpshare does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpshare will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

11. Amendments to These Terms

phpshare reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
